Opt for our 2:1 Personal Training at Evolve Fitness and train with a friend, splitting the cost. Choose from 1-3 weekly sessions, ensuring both participants have similar experience levels. Included in the package is a bespoke programme tailored to your goals, along with nutritional support including calculated protein and calorie intake. Benefit from weekly check-ins and ongoing WhatsApp support to ensure both of you stay on track towards achieving your fitness goals.

Private Group PT

Focussing on improving technique and progressive overloading, these group sessions are mixture of excercises including strength and cardio work. Capped at 6 members and suitable for beginners, Private Group PT gives you a personalised experience without the cost of 1:1 sessions.

Evolve Your Strength

A strength-focussed class designed to help you lift with confidence, build lean muscle and feel empowered. Using functional movements, weights and body exercises, this session will guide you to safely progress, challenge yourself and evolve your strength week by week.

Strong Girls Club

A session designed for young girls between the ages of 11 - 16 who want to learn how to lift weights in a safe, supportive and fun environment. You will build your confidence, learn new skills and create new freindships!

Pilates with Steph

Mamas & babas

No need to worry about childcare – your baby is welcome to join! These beginner-friendly sessions offer full-body workouts blending strength and cardio exercises.

Total Body Tone

This class is a high energy workout designed to target all major muscles groups whilst improving your cardiovascular endurance.

Beginners Only

A class focused on building a solid foundation of strength, endurance and correct form. It’s simple, easy to follow and not too intense.

Saturday Slay

This class is a high energy partnered workout designed to target all major muscle groups whilst pushing your cardiovascular endurance to the limit.

Boxercise

This is a fun, upbeat workout that blends boxing moves with energising cardio and strength exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels, you'll learn some great techniques, build your fitness and boost your confidence. All while having a laugh and working up a good sweat. Suitable for beginners.
