For kids age 8 – 11 we offer a kids pass to join in with your session, so you can bring them along to experience the fitness fun!

This class is a high energy strength workout designed to workout your full lower body with the main focus being your glutes.

This is a fun, upbeat workout that blends boxing moves with energising cardio and strength exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels, you’ll learn some great techniques, build your fitness and boost your confidence. All while having a laugh and working up a good sweat. Suitable for beginners.

Mamas and Babas

Join our Mama’s and Baba’s Club at Evolve Fitness, specifically designed for mums in their postnatal period aiming to resume exercise. No need to worry about childcare – your baby is welcome to join! These beginner-friendly sessions offer full-body workouts blending strength and cardio exercises. Please note, for safety reasons, babies should not be crawling during the sessions.
