Mamas & babas

No need to worry about childcare – your baby is welcome to join! These beginner-friendly sessions offer full-body workouts blending strength and cardio exercises.

Total Body Tone

This class is a high energy workout designed to target all major muscles groups whilst improving your cardiovascular endurance.

Beginners Only

A class focused on building a solid foundation of strength, endurance and correct form. It’s simple, easy to follow and not too intense.

Saturday Slay

This class is a high energy partnered workout designed to target all major muscle groups whilst pushing your cardiovascular endurance to the limit.

Boxercise

This is a fun, upbeat workout that blends boxing moves with energising cardio and strength exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels, you'll learn some great techniques, build your fitness and boost your confidence. All while having a laugh and working up a good sweat. Suitable for beginners.
